Offline Article arent working

Automatic refresh isnt really helpful when you are in the NYC subway. App refresh too often and lost all my offline articles everytime I have access to mobile single.

Also, i think user should be able to set time to download all news at their desire time. I want to download all news 1hr before I go to work and read it on the subway.
