How do you buy/read/subscribe magazines or newspapers? Seriously HOW???

Great for topics and bits of news but say Id actually like too read Vanity Fair or New York Magazine (maybe even say The Washington Post) how does one go about doing this ON this particular APP as we see no place subscribe or even locate magazines unless everything REALLY is now just an app of its own and google newsstand is just a fancy news briefing app???

Who do I pay if we pay if we want subscribe too Bloomberg or Newsweek?
