Cant get rid of sports stories that take up at least 1/3 of feed and specific publications Im not interested in.

Google Play Newstand used to be an amazing app; Its part of the reason I "needed" a Nexus 9 about a year ago. Unfortunately, the newest version of the app, while still polished and pretty and clean, makes it difficult to find more information in each category. Im sticking with it, trying to figure it out because the clean interface and ability to open stories in either Safari or Chrome (directly) is still important to me, but this app is currently a disappointment.

To be better, rely less on large single images and more on content. Content should be more than headlines and a sentence or two.

It always bring up front the ripe of news that I like to read the most.

Good news app

I hold my phone in my right hand most often while reading, frequently with a cup of coffee in the other. The back navigation from an article is in the upper left. With todays large screens reaching that button is from awkward to impossible with my thumb. The app would be improved by moving or adding that navigation to the bottom of the screen, where all thumbs can easily reach the navigation.

Need subtle improvements

Its very easy to use with voiceover, and seems more stable than the Delta news app.

Until I go to play a video. Theres no sound. I have my volume turned all the way up and nothing.

I love this app, really clean and simple. But if they could just make it so you could edit your news sources with drag and drop editing and also make a widget for IOS that would just add to the experience!

Really enjoying the ui.

Needs a reader view for articles for people with bad eyes. Or a way to make the text bigger

I just started using this app but its really great app and I am addicted with new look and design . Please use this app first before judging it .

Best news app. Easy to navigate. Brief and to the point. Nice way to catch up with news while eating breakfast.
