I am done with the google play newsstand after 5 years of use. Until the news sources I mark "hide stories from" actually stay hidden I will be using other apps. Its to bad,this used to be hands down the best!

I am loving this app.Best news app I ever seen.Kudos to Google for giving us such a wonderful app.

As an iOS and Android co-user, this app is wonderful.

Why does it reset to the homepage every time I close it for more than 5 seconds and theres no way to get back to the story I had open?

We need independent font size. Also, Im unable to open/zoom into more than half of the pictures I come across. ??? Fix pls thx bye

The stories are just spot on. I love the speed, content and videos. Go Google! Best news app out there.

Its a great news reader and aggregator. You can scroll through to find interesting stories or read only from a specific source you choose, you have to option.

You can edit things like different sites and sources. So, if you dont want CNN, or whatever, to show up you can have that. And you can always add more if youd like. Nice clean interface. I just wish there was a dark mode.

This splendid app seems to have been killed with no warning. Curse google.

Has some evolution to be achieved, but its very good already.

I could add my Google Reader account and synchronize it, however, I couldnt organize my topics into folders as Reader does. It seems so simple but this feature is missing yet...

The layout is broken on iPad with iOS 8.1.

The app seems great, but its Ipad layout looks awful. Please Google, fix it in a hurry!

Turning "Currents" into a pile of cra* - thanks for nothing!

One of my most wanted apps that come to iOS.

I started using google currents for its easy usability and that it showed me the feeds I wanted to see. Nothing else.. Now I get a whole bunch offeeds I cant deselect. Even if they are not in my reading list I get spamed. I dont want the financial times or berliner kurier or whatever.. Even within my feeds there are other feeds embedded I dont wanne read. Or they are aimply mislabeld. Whats gismodo to do within my hackaday feed? Seriously this is a huge screw up and Im not even referring to the ugly new design. Hello Microsoft... If this doesnt change I have to find an alternative.

Wth? All the good things are gone. The new version is totally crap.
